Users retain access only for a one year period from the date subscription fees are paid, after which continued access is subject to payment of a renewal fee. These product offerings and pricing are subject to change at any time with or without notification to subscribers.
Users who wish to cancel their subscription may do so at any time. If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of enrollment, a refund equal to 50% of the initial fee will be provided. After 24 hours, you will not be entitled to any refund. BP reserves the right to terminate your membership for breach of these Terms and Conditions, in which case you will not be entitled to a refund.

Profile information which is voluntarily provided by profiled companies to populate the databases of Biotech Profiles will be retained and used by BP solely for the use of the subscribers of the site. Except as required by law or judicial order, BP does not share information collected about individual users with any third party.
