Company Profile

CPAC is a spinout of TomoTherapy Incorporated. It is developing and commercializing a highly compact intensity-modulated proton therapy (IMPT) system powered by the dielectric-wall accelerator (DWA), a revolutionary proton accelerator that has a substantially smaller structure and greater flexibility than other accelerators.

CPAC has teamed up with TomoTherapy to leverage its medical systems design expertise and significant channel presence. This partnership allows CPAC to concentrate on its core development expertise while working with an established partner on the critical tasks of systems integration, sales, marketing, and service.

This structure also enables the company to operate "virtually" in Madison, with primary development operations located at a site in the San Francisco CA area.
